The Challenge
High-end catering businesses often rely on chaotic back-and-forth phone consultations to gather complex event details (guest count, menu preferences, dietary needs, venue requirements), leading to lost leads and inaccurate quotes.
The Approach
I engineered an editorial digital experience with Next.js 16 and React 19 featuring a streamlined 6-step booking wizard that captures every event detail accurately, alongside a serverless reviews system synced with Google Sheets.
