Overview
Infinity Bright Portal is a production CRM and booking system built for Infinity Bright — a premium car protection centre in Riyadh. The platform centralizes daily operations into a single dashboard, enabling the team to manage appointments, track service history, monitor inventory, and evaluate staff performance in real time. Key capabilities include: 1. **Booking Management**: Real-time appointment scheduling with status tracking (Pending, In Progress, Completed), automated reminders, and calendar-based views for efficient daily planning. 2. **Customer CRM**: Complete client profiles with vehicle details, service history, visit frequency, and lifetime value tracking for targeted follow-ups and retention. 3. **Service Workflow**: End-to-end job tracking from check-in to delivery, with service type tagging (PPF, Ceramic Coating, Tinting, Detailing) and technician assignment. 4. **Inventory & Supplies**: Real-time stock monitoring for protection films, ceramic coatings, and consumables with low-stock alerts and usage-per-job tracking. 5. **Staff Performance**: Employee dashboards showing jobs completed, revenue generated, and customer ratings for performance evaluation and incentive planning. 6. **Financial Overview**: Daily and monthly revenue summaries, service-level profitability, and transaction logging for streamlined accounting. 7. **Bilingual Interface**: Full Arabic/English support with RTL-optimized layouts designed for Saudi operators.

The Challenge
Infinity Bright's team relied on spreadsheets and WhatsApp to manage 200+ client bookings, service records, and inventory — leading to missed appointments, lost service history, and zero visibility into staff performance or material consumption.
The Approach
I designed and built a unified CRM and booking portal that replaced fragmented tools with a single dashboard. The system covers the full service lifecycle — from appointment scheduling and check-in through technician assignment, job tracking, and delivery — with integrated inventory monitoring and financial reporting.
The Outcome
The portal eliminated manual tracking, reduced missed bookings significantly, gave management real-time visibility into revenue and staff output, and became the centre's daily operational backbone.
